Building Strength and Stability Together

We provide Georgia's youth a secure foundation and the vital skills needed to thrive. Here, you gain the stability and confidence to build your own future.

The Reality

Every year, thousands of young adults age out of foster care without a safety net and face immediate hardship. • 1 in 4 will experience homelessness within two years• Less than 3% obtain a college degree by age 26• Over 70% of young women become pregnant within 2 years• 50% remain unemployed by age 24

Our Solution

We bridge the gap for foster youth by providing a stable foundation and personalized mentorship. Our comprehensive approach ensures no one has to navigate the journey to adulthood alone.

Residents receive:
The Foundation

• Stable, secure, and private housing• Financial literacy and budgeting workshops• Professional career readiness and job coaching• Ongoing emotional support and community mentorship

This is not temporary shelter—this is preparation for life.

Path to Independence

REFERRAL AND ADMISSION • INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS • COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING • STABLE TRANSITION • REFERRAL AND ADMISSION • INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS • PLAN

How It Works

Our structured Independent Living Home offers young adults aged 18–21 a supportive environment to master essential life skills. First, residents enter through a personalized referral and intake process. Next, they engage in immersive training covering financial literacy and career readiness. Finally, they transition out with a comprehensive independence plan for a stable future.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every young adult aging out of foster care has access to safe housing, meaningful support, and a clear path forward. We are committed to building a model of care that restores dignity, creates opportunity, and breaks cycles of instability.

What We Believe
  • Housing is foundational — stability starts with a safe place to live
  • Support should be consistent — not temporary, not conditional
  • Every young adult deserves dignity — not judgment, not barriers
  • Preparation matters — independence is built, not expected overnight
  • Community changes outcomes — no one should have to do life alone

Together, we can create a foundation of safety and opportunity for young adults.
