Our Approach

Programs

At It Takes a Tribe, our programs are designed to do more than provide temporary relief—we create a structured pathway to independence for young adults aging out of foster care.

Through safe housing, consistent support, and practical life skills, we help residents build stability and move forward with confidence.

Program Overview

Independent Living Program

Our Independent Living Program provides safe, structured housing for young adults ages 18–21 who are transitioning out of foster care. Residents live in a supportive, family-style environment with 24-hour supervision and guidance.
