Our Approach
Programs
At It Takes a Tribe, our programs are designed to do more than provide temporary relief—we create a structured pathway to independence for young adults aging out of foster care.
Through safe housing, consistent support, and practical life skills, we help residents build stability and move forward with confidence.
Program Overview
